£100m residential development in Westminster

Barratt London has acquired the 80,000 sq ft Great Minster East office and retail building in Westminster with a view to redeveloping it into residential apartments in a scheme worth £100m. The company has bought the building on 76 Marsham Street from PFA Pension for an undisclosed sum and plans to convert the property into a luxury residential scheme of 60 apartments.
